These terms apply to your use of www.infratractor.com (the “site”). The site is operated by Onesourcecode Technology, Chaukot, Panauti, Bagmati Province 45209, Nepal (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information, not advice

The site describes our services and shares general information about technology, security and compliance. It is not professional, legal or compliance advice for your situation, and it doesn’t create a consulting or client relationship. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us. Service descriptions on the site may change and are not an offer.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from the site. Before acting on anything, check that it fits your systems, contracts and legal obligations, and get professional advice where needed.

Compliance and certification

We offer consulting, readiness assessment and implementation support, including for CMMC and ISO/IEC 42001. We don’t issue certifications, and nothing on the site guarantees the result of any audit, assessment or certification. Those decisions are made by independent assessors and certification bodies.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to break into, overload, scan or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
• send malicious code, spam or misleading information through the contact form;
• copy the site in bulk or present it as your own.

We may block access that harms the site or other people.

What you send us

When you send a project brief or email, you confirm that you are allowed to share it. Please don’t send passwords, keys or confidential data through the form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Our content

The text, diagrams, logo and design of the site belong to Onesourcecode Technology. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please don’t copy whole pages, diagrams or the logo, or suggest that we endorse you, without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners, and the fonts are used under their own open licence.

Other websites

Links to other websites, such as official standards and programme pages, are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
