How we work

Good work starts
with understanding.

Before choosing tools or drawing an architecture, we need to know how your team works, what’s already in place and what needs to change.

Working together

First, we listen.
Then we get to work.

We start by understanding what’s happening today, what’s getting in your way and what a useful result would look like.

Step 1 · Understand

Show us what’s happening.

Walk through your setup, the problems you’re seeing and the things you need to keep working.

Step 2 · Plan

Agree on the work.

Decide what to tackle first, what’s included and how we’ll know the work is done.

Step 3 · Build

Build and check as we go.

Make changes in manageable pieces, test them and keep you involved along the way.

Step 4 · Hand over

Leave your team ready.

Explain how it works, document the everyday tasks and talk through what needs attention next.

Keep the work clear.

A scope you can review

The plan should describe the work, what is outside the scope and the decisions or access needed from your team. If those assumptions change, the plan needs to change too.

Progress you can follow

Agree on sensible checkpoints. Review completed work, open questions and upcoming changes without waiting until the end of the project.

A handover that helps

Documentation should explain what someone needs to do, where the configuration lives and how to handle the common problems. It belongs alongside the implementation.

Let’s talk about your setup.

A few notes about the problem are enough to get started.
