Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated 25 October 2026
The short version
- This site doesn’t set cookies, show ads or track you across other websites.
- If you send us a project brief, it arrives as an email in our inbox. We use it to reply to you, and nothing else.
- We don’t sell or rent personal information.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: sales@infratractor.com.
Who we are
InfraTractor (www.infratractor.com) is operated by Onesourcecode Technology, Chaukot, Panauti, Bagmati Province 45209, Nepal. It also covers tractorstack.infratractor.com, the site for our TractorStack platform. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Onesourcecode Technology. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach the InfraTractor sales team about anything in this policy at sales@infratractor.com.
What we collect and why
When you send a project brief
The form on our Plan your project page asks for your project or organization name, your email address, the services you are interested in and a description of what you would like to build or fix. When you press send, these details are delivered to our inbox as an email. They are not stored in a database on this website.
The early-access form on tractorstack.infratractor.com works the same way. It also asks which infrastructure you run today, roughly how many servers you have and which stage of TractorStack interests you.
We use these details to read your request, reply to you and discuss possible work. Please don’t include passwords, keys or confidential data in the form.
The “Download a copy” button creates the file inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us when you use it.
When you email us
If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it to reply.
Protecting the form from abuse
The project brief form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being used by a person rather than an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser and device. We receive only a pass or fail result. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Running and securing the website
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, so it can deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Our own server code records errors to help us fix problems, but it doesn’t record what you type into the form.
Visit statistics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn’t follow you across other websites.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If Cloudflare needs to check that traffic is genuine, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Those cookies are used only for security and expire on their own.
Our legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on these grounds:
- Steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, when we use the details you send us to reply and discuss work.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, for hosting logs and the form check.
- Legal obligations, when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the form check and delivers form submissions by email.
- The provider that hosts our business email, where submissions and your emails are kept.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, when we need their help and they are bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
International transfers
We are based in Nepal, and our service providers operate in many countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by our providers’ data protection terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep project briefs and emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and for no more than two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards. Cloudflare keeps its technical logs according to its own retention periods.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted connections and uses strict security settings in the browser. Access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send confidential data through the form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it or delete it;
- object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
To make a request, email sales@infratractor.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within 30 days, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights. If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with a data protection authority, you can also complain to that authority.
Children
This website is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
